Looking for camera animation in Blender

Hi!

We are looking for a Blender artist with experience animating cameras to add a camera to an existing Blender scene and set this up for render. The scene comprises of a snowy mountain village, the camera needs to start on top of a hill overlooking the village then travel down and stop outside one of the houses.

Small budget for this project of around $150 to $200 with a deadline in a weeks time.
