Looking for experienced 3D artist for paid job - Anime characters animations for video

Hi

I am a freelance animator and motion graphics artist and I have a project that requires 3D work. I am looking for 3D artists to help me with it. The video will be for YouTube. What I need is the following:

-3D Models from 2D Anime girls illustration + Rigging (3 characters)
-Animation* – dance and lip sync (dances can be load motions from templates)
(*OPTIONAL - motion capture – if it is possible that will be great)
