We plan on taking this project rather seriously and due to this fact, we have decided to expand our number of employees.We work slightly different to your average indie team. We make it our goal to ensure each employee feels of equal skill and placement as all other employees.We are also a highly community driven company. We have a Discord channel for active gamers we have met along the way. In this channel, we allow all to speak their mind, giving us new and creative ideas, as well as letting us know when we’re heading down the wrong path. I don’t feel as though this post is detailed enough. For a start, you’re looking for Indie developers. What requirements do they need to meet? Are they meant to be good with UE4, Unity, BGE and do they need experience or not?
Second of all, still concerning the detail, I don’t feel as though a “Multi-player based first person hero shooter” is detailed enough. I mean, let’s be honest there are many first person shooters being created. What separates yours from any other? What makes yours unique and something we’d want to work on rather than another one we see on another post.
My third problem is that we don’t have any links or images of your previous works or anything that will convince someone to join even more. You say you have a Discord channel but we have no idea how to find it! You should link it in there.
I really think you need to add a lot more detail to the post.
So…what kind of game is it? Do you have a website? Any art? anything? Also, “expand our number of employees” does that mean it is a paid position?
Zebrakiller is absolutely right. Employees is a term usually used to refer as someone who works for the money and doesn’t volunteer.
