Hello everyone,
We at Crunbs Studio are building a YouTube channel that tells cinematic, fact-based stories about history, espionage, and unusual events. Two of our upcoming projects are already in production:
- The Hunt for the Zodiac Killer
- The Great Canadian Maple Syrup Heist
With more videos planned, we are looking for a Blender artist to join as a long-term collaborator.
What We Offer
- For the initial projects (before channel monetization), you’ll receive 10–25% of that video’s revenue during the first year after monetization.
- Example: If a video earns $10,000 in its first year post-monetization, your share will be $1,000–$2,500, depending on your contribution.
- Exceptional work may receive a bonus.
2.After monetization, future projects will be prepaid.
- Long-term collaborators will also get additional perks (to be discussed in private).
->What We’re Looking For
1.Ability to create clear, engaging environments/scenes (not necessarily photo-realistic, but visually strong enough to tell the story).
2. Basic animation skills (we keep animation minimal to reduce workload).
3. Good sense of environmental detail for static scenes.
4. Reliability and consistency Getting things done on time matters.
5.Bonus: DaVinci Resolve knowledge (extra pay if you can also handle this).

- Voiceover
- Scene descriptions
Your task will be to turn these into visual storytelling.
Important Notes
- We cannot offer upfront payments at this stage. If prepayment is a requirement, please do not apply.
- We are looking for long-term partners, not one-time freelancers.
