Looking for modeling tut using reconstruction and HDRI

I remember seeing a tut back in tomato branch days where 4 tracking points were described on a HDR image which were then turned into a poly. The HDR was then set correctly as an environment around it and used to light the poly but I can’t find any word of it on the net.
The technique allowed you to build geo that matched that in the image.

Can anyone remember where this was and how it worked?
