Looking for this Shader previewer object

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for this object (picture attached) to download and use for shaders lighting and materials tests.
Is it available somewhere? How is it called by the way?
It doesn’t have to be free, i just want/need it, i’ll pay for what it’s worth.
