I want to create a 360 degrees rotating real face of myself. The way I look in real (No Changes, NoAnimation or anything)
Can someone make it for me? I want the kind of end result as you get to see on a lot of product websites like Nike and Adidas where they have a 360 degrees rotating image for the customers to check out the product from all possible angles.
You may try anything found my any search engine using: 3d model of own face as keywords…

How are you willing to help ? is it only on Paid Job ? Or you are willing to just help ?
Get a friend, grab a phone, take hundreds of pictures of your face whilst sitting still, and throw those images into a free photogrammetry app.
Check for tutorials on Meshroom - it’s just clicking and dragging photos, then you wait a few min, and boom! you have a replica of your face.
I tried some APPS like Reality Capture and Luma AI but the render is choppy and horrible just not usable I took around 40 photos of myself sitting and it was a horrendous result !!
Free apps often give pretty rough results, especially for people scans. If you want a clean, usable model, try Artec Studio. The subscription is around $40 per month, and you’ll need a powerful PC to process the model properly, but the result is worth it. The final scan quality is way better and actually usable
