Loop Tools ''Bridge' - 'Strength' will not bend the join!?

Hi there,

I have followed the tutorial vid on how to use Loop Tools’ ‘Bridge’ to bridge between 2 loops then use strength to either inflate that join outward, or suck it inward to a convex or concave curve… but all it will do with mine is perform Edge Slides in a cubic way as to where the Bridge’s Edge Loops are along the STRAIGHT line Bridging - no curve actually happens. Can anyone point out what I am doing wrong pls?

Aha! It is because the loops I was bridging were free-floating… to get the curve at least on of the loops needs to be part of a bigger object
