Loops on Characters

Someone can help me with the loops here on my image maybe drawing on top of it, when i place on the rig and the arm twist (what can i do for the forearm i have to twist the mesh a bit…?) a little, the mesh it´s getting all odd…

Ok peeps, I have upload another picture, on the first time i changed the mesh a little bit but now on this position it seems that the fellow got worst, what can i make to things get better, where´s my mistake, is it the bone that i have to make rotation anything or maybe the bone position, is it the mesh, is the weight painting, this is killing me…!!!

Make sure joints have at least 3 or so edge loops so they can bend correctly.
