This is a really interesting image, although I’m not 100% sure on what it’s meant to convey.
- I made this image for an Italian SPEED Contest : Wednesday I started, Sunday I delivered.
- The Contest has a title: “The Water, the vital element from which everything is born, but at the same time, if the nature rebels, it can become a natural element of destruction”.
- The “explanation”: The man is the greedy capitalist culture, arrogant and indifferent that produces, builds, pollute without limits by imposing a system. The fish is the breakdown of the system; the nature who takes revenge when you don’t expect it, the countervailing power that is organized to subvert the established order, or if you want an incentive to raise their heads against it pisses him from above. The bonnet of the fish is John 13.34-35 or even the flicker of magical genius that changes everything, that moment of clarity that allows you to understand that everything is possible.
That’s the longest title any contest has ever had.
That is a seriously fucked-up concept. Ugly to look at, totally unintelligible, with no focus or composition. I don’t like it, sorry.
