Thanks, JTa

Details have been emailed to people who have registered via the SurveyMonkey link. Thanks and looking forward to seeing y’all at the event!

Miss the 4PM pre-registration deadline? We take late comers but can’t guarantee we’ll email back quickly with event details. I’ll make one last check for late comers 8am the day of the event and respond.

Hi All - Thanks to everyone for another successful meeting. We had around 20 of you at our March meeting and this June meeting was more intimate but that allowed for much more interactivity. As with the last meeting, we retired to a bar/restaurant after for beers and snacks. Y’all are a fun group to hang with.

It appears that JT has found a promising venue for our next Westside event which will hopefully enable a broader array of folks to join. I’m looking forward to seeing y’all at SIGGRAPH!

I just ran across an interesting sounding local group call Digital Media Artists / Los Angeles (DMA/LA).

They are “an association for professionals creating imagery for video, film, and other media using desktop tools. DMA/LA’s area of discussions are not restricted to a specific hardware or software solution, understanding that an artist often has to employ 2D, 3D, and other digital tools to realize their vision – and that artistic inspiration can be universal.”

They appear to hold regular meetings that align well to those with CG interest.

Heads up on an upcoming Gnomon Workshop Live - Sept 21st - 22nd 2013 in Hollywood
“10 Artists, 2 Days, Unlimited Inspiration. Join us for a Weekend of Demos and Talks from Some of the Top Artists of the Entertainment Industry.”
More information here: http://www.thegnomonworkshop.com/live/

BTW - I’m looking forward to seeing everyone at SIGGRAPH next week.

I’ll be there, too, working the booth!

Woot woot! Great times at the booth! I will upload pics soon.

Hey, I setup a SoCal group board here on BA for us to have multiple threads. Check it out, membership is open and feel free to start a thread.

First stop would be the written reviews by prominent people, new balance 574, organization, isabel marant bottes, or entity towards the home interior design services agency. You might think of that this step will lead you to more expensive service provider but you are wrong. Companies such as this has the capacity to promote their line of business in the public because they are confident reputation are not stained with any mess of substandard back jobs. Whether it’s students or oldtimers, isabel marant pas cher, you should be focused on new technology and what it means to apply technology to different areas they may not have previously existed. I did a search of tuzi in a Chinese online bookstore, and every title that popped up turned out to be a foreign children’s book translated into Chinese. There was no scholarly tome on the cultural symbols associated with the animal. Nor was there any dissection of fairy tales involving the animal or agglomeration of tidbits and traces of it throughout the national psyche… Lincoln City bills itself as a great place to try new things. I think that’s probably true of the whole Oregon Coast. Too late in our trip we learned about dune surfing, jordan pas cher femme, or tumbling down one of the many dunes along the beaches. There are also huge underground cities in Cappadocia, nike blazer soldes, built over centuries by Greek Orthodox Christians who repeatedly needed places to hide from marauding Crusaders rampaging eastwards and marauding Saracens rampaging westwards. Underground cities with giant stone disks to wheel across the entrance to seal themselves in for weeks at a time.
