Lost the right side Scene menu. *pic*

Hello,
I cant seem to find the hotkey or solution to this, but I just opened my blender and saw the the scene menu on the top right side, that shows the list of objects, camera, etc gone. Only menu on the right side now is the View, 3D cursor, display, shading, etc.

Could some one tell me how to put it back or reset back to factory settings?

maybe maximize workspace is on for the 3d view? cant tell from that CROPPED SCREENSHOT

Daedalus_MDW is right. The missing small tab in the upper right corner that allows you to create new windows is the giveaway.

Shift+Space

It maximizes the window you’re hovering over with the mouse, tapping it again will reset it to normal view.
