I started over with a new model. It is only 260 polys. I want to make a series of low poly cars from the 30’s and 40’s for a film noir low poly animation. C&C welcome.
It looks pretty good for low poly, except for the hole in the front. Is it supposed to be there? There’s also lots of black sections, could that be to do with the normals?
It is the texture I am using. The lighter gray is fake(painted) specular highlights. It doesn’t look right. I need to work on it in photoshop. Maybe the car should be the dark gray and I could have brighter high lights. Thanks.
