Offtopic- If you’re new to Blender, why don’t start with version 2.5? That way, you don’t have to re-learn half the interface and the layout again.
What version of Blender are you using? If you can tell us, we can give you a good tutorial.
I would definitely recommend learning 2.5 strait off, even though it is lacking in tutorials, it is so worth it, otherwise you will be left behind.
@celestialberry: It says ‘249.2’ in the top in green, and the UI looks 2.49-ish so I’m going to guess 2.49
