I like the design. I’ll be following.
So! Heres a little advancement I made between yesterday and today.
Yesterday, I made the image references for the modeling
(A little colour to make it easier to descern)
Today I started Modeling. Low-Poly is way too easy, really.
Almost done with the modeling. Just gotta make the hair.
(I decided to maje the face suitable to make a papercraft model out of it, hence the simplicity XD)
So yeah, had lots of things to do lately, when I re-opened this one earlier today I decided to make the face proper, almost done with that and then on to the hair.
This is looking pretty so far! How many polys at this stage?
Thanks @Dudebot13 it has 1346 faces so far, about double that for triangles (minus a few intentional ones) So yeah.
Let me try and render a wireframe version, since blender won’t render wireframe for some reason…

@Dudebot13 Indeed. I’m gonna go for a cell shaded look, so I intend to gor for a look like that of BorderLands or Prince of Persia for the textures.
I hate my life right now, time’s being spent in stupid stuff rathen than good projects (like this one)
So yeah, here’s what I’ve done of the hair in abut… 2 hours? :spin:
So yeah, I want to have this ready by tomorrow and I’m sick of modeling the hair, so I think I’ll start texturing and making details XD
Here’s the face with the hair (almost done) and the eye texture.
So yeah! Had a lot of troubles baking the Normal’s map and the AO but I finally worked arround it.
Baking keeps crashing blender, I think I’ll have to report that bug.
Anyway:
-Sculpted detal in Red
-Normals map and AO bake applied to the Low-poly model in orange.
So yeah, This proyect is still going XD, I’ve just been way too busy to work on it for quite a while.
Right now, working on the detals in the boots
P.S. Bezier curves are a bitch to work with :spin:
