well… the guy is standing quite rigid. you need lot more movement on him… also the movements you have there now are quite strange … 
what is it that he is actually doing?
shadow areas seem grey…
and clothes have strange reflections…
so… no, not bad, but needs more work.

Rock on, djfuego! Cool animation. Make it a lot longer. Maybe a full 360 degrees turn. Right now the anim is very short and you don’t see very much!
Give him a guitar.
What the X is an Xvid codec???
If iam right, its some kind of divx. I have a film with xvid codec. And I need the last divx-codec version to view the film.
