Really like these renders. 
You went all out on the lighting. How many different types of lighting are you using and where?

Thank you. I am using point light and added IES light to it for the spot lights, area light for the wardrobe, bedback and for color I added black body to it with temp at 4500K, where as outside the window I added the area light with blue color to get the blue tone and the mood.
So are the IES lights noticeably better than normal spotlights in terms of the overall look of the scene? I have been hearing a lot about those.
