Hi. Here is my latest work, study of Mads Mikkelsen. I started it as anatomy study. Mainly based on Hannibal. I also inspired by John Wick.

Sculpting, retopology, texture painting, lighting has done with Blender. Rendered with eevee. Final compositing done with Photoshop.

The likeness is good, I recognized him at first sight :).Nice work.
If you want to go further, you could increase or add bump mapping on the skin, it’s a little bit too sleek on the nose and forehead.
