What if I want to drag a vertice and conect it to other vertice??? As for merging 2 faces… I’m really having problems merging… =-\

If I understand your question correctly – select the vert you don’t want to move and then shift-s cursor to selection. Then shift select the second vert and alt-m -> at cursor.
