I’m trying to make a missile launch from a helicopter, so I need to get it to keep moving after i release the button.
Try using the states. On state 1 there is a keyboard sensors connected to a state actuator which changes to state 2. On state 2 there is an always sensor connected to a motion actuator.
Alternatively you could use a property, the keyboard changes a property, say a bool called ‘fire’ to True. Have a property sensor checking that ‘fire’ is True, have that connected to a motion actuator.
I used the states and it did the trick.
