I know this question has been asked about a million times but I need to know how to have particles, rendered as planes with a color as a material, fade out at the end of their life with the blender internal engine. I cannot use cycles as I would need to retexture everything plus cycles is really slow on my computer for the grainy quality I get. Is there any way to do this??
Yeah, where do I find the particle info node in the compositor.
I think this is Blender Render material.
Here is one tutorial that explains it https://www.google.fi/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=http://m.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3DQCMyvcc3ZaU&ved=0ahUKEwjol96D277OAhUDiCwKHW5XDsoQtwIILTAF&usg=AFQjCNE4Oqefs-y5KvchWcgUqhIV9B6fZA&sig2=jp2ITjP0eg0WYuYzBJ4oRw
Yes, the node is in the shader (material) node tree. It’s an Input node but you can find it with the search function.
