What slider should I animate to make smoke fade into nothingess?
There is the Dissolve checkbox that controls how long your smoke stays alive after emission.
Yes I noticed that, how do you stop the emission?
I found it, you have to animate the Density and surface sliders of the emitter down to zero.
you can also manipulate the density by controlling particles, that end that generate the smoke, and turning on dissolve on the smoke sim, but I don’t fully understand the logic behind what the time / number does, as I cant seem to make it fade out completely for some reason in 1 frame*
