Hello - I am new to the forum, so please excuse me if this is the wrong place to ask. I am researching the costs and timeline for the creation of a simple, 60 second (or so) animated video with words, stick figure animation and music. No voice overs. Just moving text and simple images conveying a political advocacy message (in Dutch). If you know best places to look for talented producers of this type of content, please let me know!
