Making a parent that dont follow rotation

As the title says, how do i make a parent that follow the location but that dont follow the rotation? thanks

Try vertex parenting (I think that’s what it’s called)… Just select the two objects you want to parent, the go into “edit mode” and select a vertice (up to three may be selected I think) and the click “control-p” to create a vertex parent.
If all went well, you should be able to have the object follow your location without rotating… Hope this helps…
