Making games .EXE from Blender?

Hi I would like to know how to compile my gameBlender games to stand-alone .EXE files. Thanks!

File -> Save runtime , then get the Python32.dll and the SDL.dll out of the blender directory without them you wouldnt be able to run the exe.

BTW - What is the difference between “Dynamic Runtime”?
