making my materials look real normal map to 7.00

I was wondering, why is my plank looking flat? I used a crazybump default settings, Andrew price in his realistic textures,said you dont really need to change anything with crazybump.

You have an emission plane only for your lighting that is giving flat lighting. The normal map will have little visible impact in these conditions
