Making shape keys with doubles

While trying to make shape keys for the eyebrows, I discovered I had doubles on my eyebrow mesh. When I removed the doubles, my head bone does not work right. Is there an easy way to make shape keys for the eyebrows when the mesh is doubled. What’s the best way to deal with my error with the doubles on the brow mesh?

You have already started making shape keys so removing verts at this point could screw up your other shape keys. I don’t think it should be too bad though, since you it appears you did not make any changes to the eyebrow verts in the other shape keys.

As for the head not following the head bone anymore it looks like you need to unbind and rebind your mesh deform modifier because the number of verities changed when you removed the duplicates.
