Making stylized characters

I really want to create stylized characters. I don’t mean people with somewhat realistic proportions with a little flair to them, like a Pixar character, I am mostly talking about very wacky, cartoonish characters in 3D (NO ANIME). However, I have trouble creating even the most basic human structure, such as hands, hips, mouths, eyelids, etc. Are there any good tutorials I can use to learn or use as a reference.
(By the way, I would greatly appreciate free tutorials, I’m an amateur, and I don’t have the money, or time, for a subscription based tutorial.)

this may help you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Rue7iTxbTY

I really hate to be that kind of guy, but I find two issues with this video. number 1, it’s just a time-lapse of someone making a character. I would understand better if it were explained. Number 2, I didn’t really want an anime styled character, I mostly wanted to know how to create certain body parts in the best ways so that I could “toonify” them and make my own characters.

this tutorial essentially is the same concept, the shape of the head and other parts you can change it as you wish, you can make a anime head from a cartoon head and vice versa…

personally i could help you, but my tutories are paid, and fully recorded no timelapse of course…

Not here to plug but I’m currently working on a step by step stylized head in Blender series which will be released free

I do have quite a few tutorials already on my channel - many are in Blender, though there’s a lot done in Zbrush too - Give them a try, a lot of the information is software independent  https://www.youtube.com/c/DannyMac3d
