Good luck tomorrow.

uh what the hell is that. Aside from one funny picture.

If Argentina wins their WC match, it is a friendly inside joke.

If Argentina loses, it is a poorly timed mistake.

(Kid Tripod) #4

they’re off home now aren’t they?

get ready to feel bad fullback. or in my case i’m gloating (although i doubt it’s for long  )

(fullback) #5

Pulled it. Feel bad. In bad taste anyway. :frowning:

(Kid Tripod) #6

er - no!

soccer people should be used to all this by now

(Schlops) #7

Huh?? What was that? France out, Argentina out, who’s next? Italy?
Congrats Kid Tripod! Next opponent, Danish Daynamite.
Sorry malefico :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:

Belgium ofcourse  Not that they are a big team or something, but they have to win against Russia to move on to the next round.
Bah I have no hope anymore

(Kid Tripod) #9

i think the danish will certainly be a good game
scandinavian sides seem massively underrated

but then again we have swedish management . . .

:frowning: :frowning: :frowning:

That’s it. The “Bielsa Method” couldn’t pass the first round. Moral: “don’t believe what you read in sports magazines”.
It was a good game though. Sweden was near to score the second goal near the end. And Argentina… oh my God. :o That ball just didn’t want to enter !!!

Well, at least I won’t stay awake till 3 AM any longer !

malefico. (finally sleeping…)

Indeed. It’s part of the “folklore”.

Cheers.

malefico (Yes, I’m sleeping)

I’ll bet YOU thought that was a pretty funny pic, but I don’t like to hit people when they are down. Plus, I’m an American and am really in no position to poke fun — given my team’s performance in the past.

Poor judgement on my part.

p.s. I believe that was the new “Summer Fashion Line”. It will be all the rage in Argentina.
