I saw an image of manta ray macrame on Pinterest, it looks cool, but obviously is AI-generated. I got curious if I can make something similar in 3D and was pleasantly surprised that it was actually doable. So I decided to make a real one too.

@ChicoPreta3D I place knots (edges with GN modifier) manually, then connect them checking if connection make sense. Lastly Surface Deform to give it some randomness.
