Mantiflow smoke multiple resolution at all?

Hi… so - I’m slowly getting around to learning Mantifow.

On the old smoke sim (may she rest in peace) you had two resolutions - the base and a second for added detail. This seems to be a thing with mantaflow fluid… but not mantiflow smoke…? Am I missing something?

old sim High Resolution = Gas > Noise

Except flow sampling method, which is only setting that was removed : settings inside that Noise subpanel are same settings + 2 (Scale & Time to add more variation to noise).

Thanks - I had no thought that that was what noise was.
