The hair and eyebrows (and wimpers, apparently - too small to be sure) are a little messy. There is no clear parting in the hair and the hairs look a little too thick IMO, especially on the eyebrows. If you’re not using a SSS shader on the skin already, you could add one, and use a more complex node setup for the hair material to make it look more uniform (looks like you’re using a simple diffuse shader right now? You could add translucency and glossy shaders), and crank down the random particles. The model and textures look good.
