Mario World In Voxels ! WIP

Currently I’m working on Making the mario world in 3d voxels.
i make the models by first modeling them in MagicaVoxel.
then Exporting an OBJ of my voxel models to Blender.
I’m using the blender internal engine for simplicity and aesthetics.
its not very anatomically correct, mostly for aesthetics and adding personal style to my “spin off” creation.

Any suggestions would be great !
especially some basics on representing pre made items and presenting them as voxels

Update ! added an underground area, a pipe, and 2 background hills. next is a big monster for the underground !

I’m going to leave this as somewhat finished product, might come back to it later.
