Mark Seam with X-Mirror ?

Mark Seam X-Mirror ?

I’m marking UV seams on a character .I would like to mark just one side and have the other sided mirrored.

How do I do that ?

Thanks a lot

In edit mode select everything, hit space and type symmetrize, choose options on the operator. Alternatively, you could use a mirror modifier from start.

Thanks a lot

That’s the PIE menu, it’s an addon that you can enable. I use the PIE Menu Official addon that’s bundled with Blender, though when I hit O I don’t have a pie menu for proportional editing, so that guy may be using another edition that’s not bundled with Blender.

To see the pie menu key bindings:

  • enable the addon
  • then go to File --> User Preferences --> Input --> type pie menu in the search field

To get info on proportional editing check out the documentation

The proportional editing options are at the bottom of the 3D View

sorry, I’ve habing a hard time to understand symetrize to x mirror seaming an edge
