masking textures ?

I wonder if i could use 2 or more textures on a mesh without cutting it ?

I want get something like this :
This mesh is cut by a circle, and i cant do so : the shape is very more complex…

I think i should use 2 procedural textures and a masking image…???



You would map your mask texture as a Stencil. It is explained in the wiki:

Yeah !
Subtract texture to clear an area, then Stencil texture to protect previous textures !
