Tried BLAM (Blender camera calibration toolkit)?

You can use SketchUp to match the camera and then you can import the scene with the camera into Blender. Imho it is better than using BLAM which is not as user friendly as the camera matching tool in SketchUp.

I have some test on a building, it is in fact modifications and extension of a building R+1 for R+3.
