NOTE; Octane uses IOR and other fresnel metal values to achieve its color. In cycles i had to try to match this by manually setting the base color of the principled BSDF i could not match the real metal colors.

Same focal width for both 55mm. Same HDRI but manually lined up so not identical.
Compositing setup cycles to try to match octane with streaks and fog glow(takes a lot more messing around than Octane).
Texture map setups not identical as they work in different ways i think.
