materals set up help re settings

I am having issues on section 39:10 material:

I do not know were to find the settings shown in the tutorial.

I am using the latest build of blender and the tutorial is for blender 2.62.

I am a beginner and have gotton this for but I require some help please.

Could you maybe step by step inform me of how to adjust the settings so i can change the colour of the indside faces.

The tutorial uses the cycles renderer instead of the blender default renderer. At the top of the blender window change from “Blender Render” to “Cycles Render”
