Is it possible to alter material IPOs in the same way as mesh IPOs ? I selected a mesh and went to the IPO screen but I didn’t see any lines. What I want to do is eliminate the colour change of a material and start again.
There is a button with a sphere on it which enables the display of material ipos in the ipo header bar, the default is probably the arrows button which displays object ipos. Or maybe you just need to use the home-key to center the display.
Ah, thanks !
So many features… so little time…
Hi,
Perhaps you didn’t realize that you can put your cursor in the material Preview window (the sqaure located at the left after you press the “Materials” icon ) and hit key-i to “insert” a keyframe for that material…
This is a very handy way of doing things like changing colors, etc during your animation since the process is exactly like using positional keyframes except your changing the material’s characteristics!
