Material/Mesh fade out

I want to make, some retrowave loop animation. And I have question. Is there easy way to fade out my material? or mesh? I have wireframe on plane with emisson shader, but I want it to lightly fade out near sun and city mesh. I mean something like gradient or fade mask in photoshop. I’ve tried with camera data etc. but I don’t like effect. Here is quick render.

Have you already tried to add a mix shader, plug your emission shader into one of the shader inputs of it and the alpha output of your color ramp into the factor input?

Thanks Ruwo, I’ ve experimented with emission and transparent node with mix shader and color ramp pulged in fac input, and here Is my node setup for fade out material.
