Material Viewport color display: removing an animated color from an Object?

I could swear that I’ve set the viewport display color for a specific material multiple times, but it keeps switching back to grey. :thinking:

Apparently I inadvertently animated this value. What’s the quickest way to remove an animation from a parameter?

Hi,

Right click on the slot > Clear Keyframe

or … in TimeLine > Clear Keyframe (Object must be selected)

or … click on the square near color slot (must be done for all animation keys)

EDIT
Viewport display = Color object in viewport (no background)
