Maxime Residence / visualization Blender - Octane for Blender

Just curious on your glass material because I can’t seem to get those nice reflections while maintaining clarity in the glass.

Absolutely great work. I really like the glass material. Can you by any chance post the node setup you used?

Well, two things to mention here. First, a double pane window just lets roughly 70 % of the light through, means its visibly darker then without glass. Which is something you should have in mind when you make pictures with partly open windows. Second, i had more success with window tinting by adding a color directly to the volume, a dark green works fine most of the time. Of course you should always be aware that this changes with the refraction setting.

Spectacular, congratulations!
Are you comfortable with this rendering engine?
Some time ago I wanted to try it but I found that it wasn’t yet available for the latest version of blender. You’ve rekindled my desire to check again.

Thank you!
I am comfortable because I have a whole workflow with a team built around it. Al the projects in my portfolio are made with Octane (besides a few old ones)
