Hello fellow blendererers… looks like someone’s fiddeling with blender’s identity… sorry if someone has pointed this out before.
Irksome, but it doesn’t appear to be intentional.
I ran a search on the US Patent and Trademark site and couldn’t find it. Also, there is a few things named "Blender’, however they are registered under different classifications. Not-A-Number is listed as having a trademark on Blender but it is labeled as abandoned. Additionally, from what I know about trademarks, it inclues not only the word “Blender”, but also that little blender-blade looking design thingy next to it. So as long as there is no intent to defraud and decieve the public, and as long as the logo/designs next to the names are different, I think it’s all okay.
Makes sense… thx for cheking!

I’ve seen many, many companies that are named Blender or have logos like Blender. Take a look at this: http://www.fujiint.co.uk/index.html Looks 92% like blender’s logo huh?
Hmm it’s similarm but I’d say around 63.29%
