[MAYA 2011] having trouble moving the objects

I attached a print screen of my object, it is a mouse. When i tried to move the group forward, the ears of the mouse are not in the place that they are supposed to be.
The ears move faster( I don’t know how should i call it?) than the other parts of the body.
Can anyone please help? :frowning:

Solution is to freeze transformations, preferably before grouping. :slight_smile:
