Maya to Blender - FBX Import for Rig Issue

The issue starts when I import the fbx file into blender. From Maya, I exported the mesh and the rig into an FBX file. Some warnings come up, mainly just 3 but nothing too major.

I’m wondering what happened, as I don’t really know too much about Maya and I’m worried it might be on Maya’s end. If it is, then what may I do to resolve this issue? Or, if its blender, then how could I ensure I can export the rig without being confused on what to export from Blender?

I’m really just confused on what to do here after I import it into blender.

blender’s .fbx importing, and exporting is weak. This is because .fbx is closed source.
