Looks good. My only crit is that the lighting is a bit harsh and makes you loose some detail in the back of the car.
Like linuxpimp21 said: change the light. Can you post a pic of the side?
Looks very good. But some part seems a bit over exposed.
There is also a problem with all the dirt on the car. How can it be that dirty and not be on the windows?
Why did you use Indigo instead blender internal? Most of the artists use other render engines =S I always use blender internal and it works good for me. What’s wrong with Blender internal?
Go for a nice and shiny render.
That photoshop dirt will never be realistic.
What I can say is: Your textures are bit to streached. The one on the wall. I think it’s due its low resolution. Model itself is very good.
Sry that i didn’t replied sooner… busy, busy, busy… :o
yeah the lighting was little bit too harsh, changed the lightning a bit, but still kept it how i wanted to be it… x)

I like using internal too… but sometimes its fun to experiment with others

It can

Different people have different tastes, i have done fair amount of nice shiny renders, they get boring, so i need some brake
Imo its a dead circle, i could swear that if i had done nice shiny one, there would have been a person who would have said why u made a shiny one, make it with some dirt and scratches etc… :spin:
And who said i was going for realism x)

(im quessing u mean the wall)Nope x), its just how the texture looks, its quite high res
Tnx for comments, they are all welcome
Maybe cause I live in Kenya, but to me a car that’s a little roughed up with mud looks good! real good!
I dont agree it’s over exposed, it’s just our minds wanting to see more detail. Once again the wheels just dont look right, they never do these days! but then again Mazda always have some complex spoke designs
and oh…
I’m making a mazda rx8 rs, got stuck following my blue print at some point, you can imagine as your 35% finished, finding out your blue print is messed up arrrggggg! But now I have the motivation to get back. thanks
PS:Did you use a script to make the hexagons at the front?
Is the ground/road a texture
Could you give a link to where you got it from??

No script, pure modeling, here is how i did it: http://www.vimeo.com/4102690

Yup, its a texture, thats based on a photo, what is sadly not freely available…
Some wires…
I actually like the dirt. There are lots of clean, shiny car models out there…something about the muddy imperfection appeals to me.
