Nice, very nice.

Can you make it do the same thing like the bug in the videoclip of the song ligaya from gouryella - such a thing would be cool.

www.gouryella.com download clip for free (wmv file, linux users use this link http://www.gouryella.com/ligaya_bb.wmv Xine should play it nice.

in the future perhaps =) Now im working on a shortanimation with cool story =)

Good luck.

Thats really cool man, keep up the good work.

thnx!

woot, looks really nice! i like insects, especially metal ones. you should make the wings a different material, however - a translucent one maybe? Oh and how did you get radiosity on with a sunlight (i presume thats how you did it), cause i cant find the thread where that was explicitly explained (gosh, too many expl’s there %| ). Anyway, good job, and you should texture it, definately. Animating wouldnt be a bad idea, depends on your comp. Whats your computer like? crappy? i understand, i had a 300Mhz just two months ago, b4 i got my new computer that im bragging about so readily. 8)

cheers,
Tom

Very nice

There’s a lot of people making MechaInsects lately.

Stefano

yep, seems to be a popular trend. quite a few people are doing them on cgtalk.com as well.

ive rendered it with yafrey just one Point and sun light. No Radiosity its just GI from Yafray.locate the sunlamp over the object.Than You just have to set global options.
