randy, thank you so much. I didn’t know there was a inverse kinematics panel in the bone tab, until now.

oww yeah. I knew those other things you mentioned about good practice and other rigging stuff. the blend file was done in a hurry and frustrations. sorry for that.

I just haven’t discovered that locking axis in the bones for IK.
