Nope. I’ve never heard of a medical illustrator degree, but the only thing that matters in 3D freelance is portfolio

Thank you Joseph for the information, what I meant by medical illustration degree, is that is any qualification in medical illustration required as a prerequisite before starting to animate medical procedures?
I don’t know if the certificate exists, but if you have an understanding of the relevant field, you can better express what you are asking for or communicate your opinion.
I think this will be similar in other areas. 
The person who makes the video in the link below is not an expert in the field.
