Medieval basement study

Following up on my first scene (the Malta one), I wanted to share my second full environment: a Medieval Basement Room. It’s been about 6 months since I first discovered Blender, and this project was kind of a proving ground for more advanced workflows that i’ve tried, like the high-poly to low-poly tehnique in which the normal can be preserved, adding some water puddles and so on.
I hope you like it and feel free to give some advice!

The burlap sack is from the DOVYDAS ALYTAS, posted on blenderkit.com with the RF license. I modified the original and added it to the scene.

I like it! Very remarkable to achieve such detail with just textures und normalmaps on a quite low poly scene!!
The shadows are to hard in my opinion. Did you use point lights?
Also the lighting could be a bit more dramatic/moody for this sujet. Here a mock-up:

Thank you so much for the feedback and for the fact that you took from your time to give me an alternative image! I really like the moody lightnning, the more deep blacks and the softer shadows. And yeah, i used like 150 nodes, 10 masks and then baked all of them to achieve the detail on the floor and wall with such a low poly count (i try to achieve some realism with the help of the image resolution and texturing rather than with ramping up the polygon count). Again, thank you
